Our main die steel material business range: All kinds of special steel, such as H13, D2, D3, SKT4, SKD12, H11, H21, M2, P20, NAK80, SKS3, 1.2083, 1.2344 and 1.2436.We have access to the excellent equipment and advanced technology in order to produce high-quality die steel, alloy steel, bearing steel, high-speed steel in the form of Plate, Flat, Forged Block and Round.
Our steel production system adopts combined process routes of EAF+LF (VD), EAF+ ESR and MXSSC. We are able to produce a variety of tool & die steel for different uses according to advanced international standards of JIS, DIN, ANSI, BS, GB or customers' requirements.
We are equipped with 45t EBT UHP EAF,45t LF,50t VD furnace and 10t ESR for smelting,we also euipped with three forging machines, 8MN and 20MN quick forging press,31.5MN free forging press, three high-temperature annealing furnaces and two spheroidizing annealing furnaces. And we can provide deep processing services such as forging, heat treatment, turning and milling.
